Greetings!!! My name is Jim Greenslitt and I have lived in Bonners Ferry Idaho since the Spring of 1982. I was born in Spokane Washington and am a third generation product of the beautiful Northwest part of our great nation. It has been a wonderful place to live and I am very grateful to live in such an area that offers so much for people who love the outdoors and all that it has to offer.

I love to hunt, fish, camp and hike. And the best part is that I can share all of this with my beautiful wife, Marsha. We were married in March of 1971 and God has blessed us with three grown children and three grandsons who also love to get outside and enjoy the wonder of God's creation.

Some of my past vocations include serving in the U.S. Coast for four years. Driving truck for four years. Serving as a Pastor for many years here in Bonners Ferry. I also owned a roofing business in Bonners Ferry, Idaho and transitioned from that into the Real Estate business.

Working in Real Estate began for me in 2002. It has been my pleasure to assist people in finding a piece of property that they can enjoy and turn into a home. In this business FINDING THAT HOME for my clients has been my greatest satisfaction.

Buying and Selling Real Estate is a very serious venture. Buying and Selling Real Estate is, for most people, the biggest and most important financial commitment they make in their whole lifetime. I understand this and this is why I handle every transaction with the utmost skill and care. Every detail matters and every timeline in a transaction matters. I have been fortunate in my career to have been a top producer for many years. I am very grateful and humbled to have received these honors.
