THE SELLING PROCESS: Your Property on our Website and Social Media

Once your property is live on the MLS, we will upload it on our website and blog to showcase its photos, videos, and best features. Potential buyers do most of their searching online and our website is one of the most aggressively marketed sites in the Bonners Ferry area. 


We will also post the property on our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and others.


We have nearly 1000 followers on Facebook and over 550 on Instagram which will put your property out to a network of thousands of people who use these apps every day. So we will ensure that your property is presented with graphic design, captions, and videos that highlight its best features.


Many of our followers are local people and business owners, and even if they aren't the ones looking for a property, you can be sure that your property's post will be shared to some one who is.
