Now that offers are coming in, you’ll have the chance to review and decide whether to accept, negotiate, or make a counter-offer. If multiple offers are on the table, our skilled negotiators will be by your side, helping you navigate the options to secure the best outcome.

Presentation of Offers:
We present all offers to you along with an Estimated Seller Net Sheet in a timely manner.
We will clearly explain all details of every offer, providing you recommended counter-offer strategies, and negotiating the contract terms on your behalf. We are trained to recognize and navigate through the red flags.
