Step 8 - Coordinating the Escrow Process
The offer will officially become binding once the buyer and the seller both agree to the terms in the contract (which includes the price).
Some things that need to occur before the closing process can commence:
- Home inspection
- Title search
- Appraisal
When it comes to closing and escrow, again, our team will make sure all the details are complete.
We coordinate the entire escrow process including title search, scheduling closing appointments, arranging final walkthrough, assisting with utility transfers, and arranging the final transfer of keys and funds.
